Big News:

  Baby #3 is on the way!  Can you guess what it is?  A girl!  We are thrilled.  

We are expecting her arrival in July of 2013.  We are beyond excited.  In other news, I have decided to not take any new clients at this time.  No worries, current clients - I will continue on with you all!  I will be focusing my time on the sale/buying/moving/etc of our household.  See below for a link to photos of our adorable house that is currently for sale (shameless plug).  Although, I will have to say it is a way cuter in person.  The perfect house for young professionals or retirees.

Following little bitty bit's arrival this summer, I will be taking some extended time away from my personal business.  I hope you understand.  I will be happy to recommend other local designers if you would like some opinions, please feel free to give me a call.  Love to you all & sending hopes for a wonderful new year to each & everyone one of you.

but ALL the time being a mommy.  very much looking forward to spending some QT with my precious little ones, who keep getting TOO big!  the years are going faster & faster.  and although I can not promise I will be enjoying every minute of it, I am sure to capture more than a few sweet moments.  

school is back in august 9th.  & after that I will be back & better than ever.  however, if you need me in the meantime, feel free to call me - I will point you in the right direction.  but this little interior design will mostly be found at the beach, pool, park, home, chasing little ones, and practicing her soft but firm voice and trying really hard not to yell.  I will let you know how that goes!

one thing I have learned:  blogging looks a lot easier than it is.  another thing i have learned is that i am a better "looker" than writer.  blog writer that is.  also, i am addicted to pinterest.  it is perfect for me.  i get to look at all my favorite blogs & pin them so i can remember them.  my username is CaraWommack.  look me up if you are so inclined.

so i am leaving it up to those who do it well.

What happened to the time? Is it seriously JUNE already?  well to all 5 readers out there *wink*, I hope I am back for good.

what. a. spring.

the wommacks were a busy family.  i worked part time at my old employer, Lisa Torbett Interiors.  lura finished her first year of dance.  mj finished *preK* & tee ball

And Michael opened up his new office, Wommack Dentistry.  So pleased with how well it turned out, even if I may be just a tad bit biased.  It was a labor of love and we had a wonderful time during the design & construction phases!  These are just snippets taken on my wonderful iPhone.  Hopefully *real* photos to come soon.

well, hello.

my name is cara.  and it has been a month and a day since my last blog.  (wink)  busy life, i will not bore you with the details, because i am pretty sure each and everyone of you are feeling the same.

just a little info i wanted to pass along:

how cute are these?  they are called "foodies" and are from MixedBags.  if you are like me and feel guilty about breaking out the ziplock bags every time you pack a snack, this is for you.  my son is now selling them for a fundraiser for his school and i have to say, i am impressed.  WAY better than pizzas & gift wrap, right.  see me for details.  (shameless plug, i know. but hey, it is for our schools!)
